My wife and I had the best trip of our lives staying at Kohola Kai on the Big Island!! The pictures do not begin to describe how fantastic this property is; the renovations are extremely high end, the landscaping is pristine and the location couldn’t be more ideal! During our stay we literally saw whales, dolphins and mantas all from the back yard. And when we weren’t enjoying the shopping, great restaurants and nearby beaches Kohola Kai was a great oasis as we spent time relaxing in the pool, the hot tub, hammock and beach chairs. We have been to the other Hawaiian Islands and always stayed at resorts; but staying at Kohola Kai was like being at your own private resort!! The owner and property management team were gracious and made us feel at home. We will definitely be back!! If you are looking for the “trip of a lifetime” you need to stay at Kohola Kai!!!
